Day 3-4: Lippencot Pass to Saline Warm Springs

The road over Lippencot Pass starts right next to the Racetrack Playa. It was an awesome adventure and one of the most technical off road trips we have done in the 4runner. It was a blast!
After getting over the pass it was a LONG and rough ride to the Saline Valley Warm Springs. What an amazing spot! We set up camp and had a nice dinner and sunset. Super windy, we had to eat in the tent.
The next morning we got up and enjoyed the pools! It was such a surreal feeling to be in the middle of such a desolate place yet it had the feeling of a perfect oasis. Each pool is constructed by hand and are all different.
After a good soak, we packed up camp and headed back the way we came in over Lippencot Pass and back to Spicer Ranch. Very long day of driving, but beautiful!
Right after we left the desert, we found ourselves in the middle of a blizzard! We made it home safe, what a way to end the trip!
