Table Top Mountain

I got Ruth back!! We drove to the trail head of Tabletop Mountain on BLM land after picking her up at the airport. It was about 9 miles of nasty dirt road to sandy washes to get out there, quite the adventure. We even had a border patrol helicopter light up our tent after we went to bed!
We started our hike before dawn and enjoyed the beautiful desert landscape.
We reached the summit and spent some time relaxing and enjoying the view.
We camped at Picacho Peak State Park, a really nice campground with a shower. Awesome!
