We drove out to the Racetrack Playa , 23 miles on a nasty dirt road, to see the mysterious moving rocks of Death Valley.
The Playa is a very surreal place, a must see for anyone who has never been there.
We camped just north of Lone Pine at Onion Valley, in the shadow of the High Sierra. A beautiful camp for our last night.
